It's my Brunchday!

Sometimes in this industry you don't celebrate the holidays or birthday on the actual day that it lands on. This Year my birthday fell on a #workday. Lucky for me though because I got the blessed opportunity to visit my favorite restaurant for #Brunch.

#Forsythia in Philadelphia is hands down one of my go to spots when I want a incredible food experience. Chef Christopher Kearse is not only an inspiring #Chef but also an amazing person to boot. Each dish is a delicate blend of ingredients executed to perfection. For me its high end comfort food that seems attainable to anyone with a love for food.

I have to say Brunch for me is a treat. I personally never liked working on a #Sunday morning especially after a rough Saturday night. The Brunch menus that are out and about these days are a long way from the buffet brunches of decades past. Those who do it now utilize there #culinary prowess for the best part of the weekend and Forsythia is one to enjoy.
